Eastleigh is trading estates and workshops more than anything else. Barton Park, Peacock Trading Estate, the units off Goodwood Road and Omega Enterprise Park are full of small firms in buildings put up between the 1960s and the 1980s, alongside town centre shops and offices around Leigh Road.

Buildings of that age tend to be on their original three phase boards with no spare ways left, so a lot of my work here is testing what is already there, freeing up capacity, and getting the paperwork to match the building again. Lighting and board upgrades follow from that.
