Most of my work is for businesses rather than households. Houses are not the main focus, but it is always worth asking and I will tell you honestly if I can help.
Which areas do you cover?+
Eastleigh, Southampton, Whiteley and Segensworth, Chandler's Ford, Hedge End and Botley. If you are just outside that, ask anyway and I will let you know.
How is an EICR priced?+
On the number of boards and circuits rather than by the hour, because that is what the job depends on. Send a photo of the boards or a circuit schedule and you will get a free quote without a visit.
When do I get the certificate?+
The same day the work finishes, by email, with a plain English summary of what was tested, what passed, and anything worth knowing.
Can you do the repairs you find?+
Yes. Anything picked up in a report can be quoted and put right by the same electrician who tested it, and you are under no obligation to use me for it.
Can work be done outside our opening hours?+
Yes. Evenings, weekends and quiet periods can all be arranged so your business keeps running. Mention your quiet times when you get in touch and the rate is agreed with you up front.
